Juice - Inview's lightweight interactive service platform, enables manufacturers to integrate advanced interactive capabilities into low cost digital television products such as set top boxes and iDTVs.

The Inview approach is unique - A small footprint high performance platform, that works with any product, processor, OS or memory configuration. Provides full IP connectivity by reutilising the existing USB socket to enable Wi-Fi support, enabling low end TVs to connect to the Internet

The Juice Platform has at its core a number of highly optimised modules; including the Kiwi Virtual Machine, Graphics System, EPG Database, Streaming Manager and HTTP TCP/IP Stack.

Other elements of the system are focused on managing the lifecycle of the applications and content download.

The Juice Platform also includes a convenient built in DRM solution that avoids the need for dedicated DRM support in the Native Platform.

The Juice platform automatically connects to Inview's global IP connected TV servers and broadcast infrastructure. Allowing the platform to provide a consistent user experience regardless of whether an IP connection is available.

The Internet servers act as the primary source for the service data, a subset of which is also re-broadcast regionally by Inview's broadcast servers.
